Auto Doctors Complete Auto Care has been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau since 2001. As a result, Auto Doctors Complete Auto Care has for years been in compliance with the the highest standards and requirements for operating a business.

ASE Certified Master Technicians

Auto Doctors Complete Auto Care employs ASE Certified Master Technicians, a title which means that they are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence on every mechanical and electrical component and system.

An ASE Certification signifies a commitment to excellence by a technician. In order to be certified in an area, a technician must take difficult national tests on the most current methods and models, meaning they must constantly be learning about new technologies as they are developed. Technicians must also re-test every five years in order to keep their certification.

ASE Certified Master Technicians must keep current certifications in eight areas: Engine Repair, Engine Performance, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Brakes, Heating and Air Conditioning, Suspension and Steering, Manual Drive Train and Axles, and Automatic Transmissions. For this reason, Auto Doctors Complete Auto Care is the place to bring your car for auto repair that you can trust to get it right the first time.

Auto Doctors has a long list of certifications and accreditations, with the first being our own personal certification that all of our employees must pass.

Each technician understands the importance of honest and quality service, and demonstrates those qualities in every job, big or small. Each of our technicians are held accountable for every job they perform, ensuring that our customers only pay for what their vehicle truly needs to get it back on the road, and to keep its passengers safe.

Our official certifications include:

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) – The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence provides one of our most important certifications, as it stresses continued education of automotive technology and diagnostic tools. ASE certification exams are given twice per year, so Auto Doctors requires its technicians to take continuing education and training classes during the year.

Automotive Service Association (ASA) – At over 50 years old, ASA provides one of the most well-respected certifications in the industry.

AAA – AAA tests shops annually to ensure they meet the demanding criteria required for certification. (Overland Park, KS shop only)

NAPA Auto Care Center - Auto Doctors was invited to join NAPA Auto Care based on its integrity, qualifications, expertise, and employment of ASE-certified technicians. For continued certification, Auto Doctors must meet these NAPA standards annually.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) – Auto Doctors of Kansas City has an A+ rating and has been a member since 2001; and Auto Doctors of Overland Park has an A+ rating since joining in 2008.

Kansas City Chamber of Commerce – Auto Doctors has been a member since 2001.
